Cold Sores Solution by EnrichingGiftsOnline It used to be that every Christmas and Easter my husband would get a big ugly cold sore. He could feel the tingling indicating it was coming, but couldn't do anything about it. What was it about Christmas and Easter that caused it? In one word: stress. This is not the type of herpes that is sexually transmitted. In fact it is thought that about 90 percent of the world's population has the herpes simplex virus type 1. Knowing that does not seem to lessen the embarrassment and even shame when one of those ugly outbreaks are on our own face. Since it is a virus what can we do? We can strengthen our immune system!
